Cornell is not good to splitters at all. UVA is generally good to splitters. Michigan, NYU and UPenn are good to splitters pretty much only if you ED. Of those NYU is the nicest. Chicago is very good to splitters for ED but iirc their definition of a splitter only extend to like a 3.8 or something. Sure applying earlier is better but most applications close only around end of January or early February. For your LSAT you should check with LSAC, normally if you’ve registered with CAS they will automatically report your LSAT score to the law school you applied through CAS.
